Terms and Conditions:
1. No racism
2. Strictly no flirting
3. Respect each other
4. All activities are moderated.
5. All members need to participate actively in discussion.
6. Organizer reserves the right to change the seat arrangement.
7. Personal information given to the organizer are confidential to others.
8. Use only English and Korean language during meeting. Other languages can only be used if necessary.
9. Organizer reserves the right to take and utilize photographs and videos for advertising purposes.
10. Use formality when using both languages. However, informal language can be used for teaching and learning purposes.
Member’s right:
1. Giving personal information is an option. However, we need at least your name and your nationality in our attendance book.
2. Your pictures will not be published if we received early request before taking photos.
3. Girls may change seats if necessary.
4. You may attend the dinner if invited. However, you can request to join in.
5. You may come late and leave early despite schedule given.
